Zeus’ Pawsitive World: Dog Events and Dog Meetups

I have been super busy planning all kinds of fun and exciting events. My mom and I’s small business has taken on a life of it’s own and we do it all through our South Florida Yorkie’s meetup page. Remember to follow us on Instagram, @southfloridayorkies, to keep track of all our activities.

I am trying my hand at a Bark N Brunch for our local Fort Lauderdale pups. That one is sold out, but will be happening at Batch New Southern Kitchen on Sunday, September 8th from 11am-1pm. We will have our own section and it is pay your own way. Sign up and join the waitlist on our Eventbrite link.

I love meeting new people, so we are even hosting an event further north in West Palm Beach. We have partnered with our friend Pet Wants to make this event happen. My WPB event will happen on Sunday, Sept 15 from 12-2pm. My mom will have bracelet making, photo ops in our teepee tent, interactive puzzle games and treats for the doggies, and a ball pit pool in the back for the pups to enjoy. It will be 2 hours of fun, so save the date and register on our google form.

On September 21st, I am hosting TWO events. I will have our dog necklace making meetup at The Bread & The Cup from 1pm-3pm with our friend Icy Woof Accessories. Please pre-register on Eventbrite to secure your spot. Later that night, I will be hosting my 3rd Pawrents Single & Mingle Event at Batch New Southern Kitchen. That will happen from 6:30pm-8:30pm and $5 donation entry fee will secure your spot, and also portion of the sales will be donated to our friends at Abandonded Pet Rescue. I know my mom wants to find someone, so come on out and have a good time with us.

The next day I will host our second event with vendors with our good friends LauderAle Brewery from 1pm-4pm. I will have a variety of vendors there for our guests to enjoy and shop. I love supporting and proving our local small business with opportunities to showcase their fantastic inventory. I also love to support local businesses and breweries. 

On Sunday September 29th, I am hosting with our friend The Doggie Walk Club, a fun walk by the New River in Ft. Lauderdale and then we will enjoy bottomless mimosas and food at Masa & More. I am excited to add some new locations for our meetups. It’s so important to offer a variety of options for all our guests.

Zeus’ Pawsitive World: First Time I Met Santa

Once upon a time, in hot sunny Florida, there lived a charming little Biewer terrier named Zeus… I am a happy dog who loves my mom more than anything in the world. However, there was one thing in particular that I had never experienced before - meeting Santa Claus. My mom, Carla, always loves to make every holiday special for me.
